Modern extension to this Grade II Listed Georgian town house within a Conservation Area. Project includes demolition of 20th century additions to make way for new garden room, artist’s studio, utility and garage. Two storey extension is minimal, crisp and modern whilst remaining contextual, appropriate and subservient to the historic building.
